Client: Connect CCS (formerly Insight)
Situation: Insight had been delivering a suite of 24/7 call centre and customer care solutions for businesses and government agencies across Australia for years. And with great success. But while the Insight team’s home was a purpose-built, state-of-the-art call centre in Perth, time had taken its toll on the Insight brand.
It was time for a new name, new look and new website that captured the innovative energy and unwavering professionalism that had underpinned Insight’s success for so long.
Deliverables: Working directly with the client and our friends at Perth web agency BirdBrain and sister branding agency Luminosity, our copywriters helped the Insight team decide on a new name: Connect.
We then set about bringing the new brand’s personality to life, both online and offline, putting key value propositions (instead of Insight’s dry old list of services) front and centre.
Result: The new Connect brand and website looks great (kudos to Luminosity and BirdBrain), and the fresh new approach to messaging and content puts Connect’s points of difference in the spotlight.
