Meet Propertysolve, the new/old name for Lpc Cresa Perth.

The Lpc Cresa Perth team was the best. Had been for eons. Ask anyone who knows anything about commercial property in Perth. But they had a problem. Their Lpc Cresa joint venture was, for various reasons, coming to an end, leaving the Perth arm of the business up the Swan River without a paddle. Or name.

Yikes.

Luckily, the solution was right in front of the Lpc Cresa Perth team. Or behind them. Before the JV, the Perth business was called Propertysolve – a name with lots of brand equity, despite being defunct for over a decade.

Why create a new name when there’s a perfectly good old one you can use? Problem solved with the new/old name Propertysolve.

OK, so we’ve got a name. Now what?

The next challenge was rebranding the business without losing customers or confusing the market. And that’s where our copywriters stepped up, writing a new messaging platform for the resurrected Propertysolve brand, along with some must-have launch materials. And fast.
