Situation: Perth real estate experts Peter Clements and Brad Glover decided it was time to shake things up in the property marketplace. They had a plan for a new kind of real estate agency – one with a different ownership and franchise model that would create a new benchmark for the real estate industry in Australia, in terms of quality, accountability and customer focus.
