Client: Mint Real Estate

Situation: Perth real estate experts Peter Clements and Brad Glover decided it was time to shake things up in the property marketplace. They had a plan for a new kind of real estate agency – one with a different ownership and franchise model that would create a new benchmark for the real estate industry in Australia, in terms of quality, accountability and customer focus.

Deliverables: Our copywriters were engaged by Perth branding and marketing agency Luminosity to help build a new brand that accurately reflects the pioneering nature of Peter and Brad's business plan. And when we say 'build the new brand', we mean we helped with everything:

From the Mint name, to the tagline, to a launch campaign and more. We even helped produce the videos that form the centrepiece of the Mint website.
